We would like to welcome you in our luxurious holiday villa. To ensure a pleasant stay for both you and future guests, we would like to urge you to follow the following rules and regulations:
The number of guests allowed to stay in the holiday villa is limited to the number mentioned in your booking.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please keep fire hazards in mind if you do smoke in the garden or surrounding the premises, especially during summer. If you do smoke on the premises and the garden, please clean up the cigarette butts.
Please clean up all garbage. Ensure that Xirosterini and our premises remain clean. Empty plastic and glass bottles, as well as carton boxes, need to be thrown out. These items are not allowed to be put in the garbage bags.
Please do not leave any foods when leaving the villa`(without consulting us) and do not leave full garbage bags in the trashcan.
For the safety of you and your family members / friends, it is not allowed for visitors under the age of 17 to enter the garden or pool unattended.
For the safety of you and your family members / friends, it is not allowed for visitors under the age of 17 to enter the roof terrace or fitness studio. When not in use, the door of the staircase leading to the roof terrace should remain closed.
Organising parties in the holiday villa, garden or roof terrace is not allowed.
Please make sure the villa is clean upon departure. This should be done according to the cleaning list present in the villa.
If we notice any damage to property, we will subtract the costs of repair from your deposit. We will inform you within 2 days of your departure if this is the case.
If we notice any lost or stolen property, we will subtract the costs of replacement from your deposit. We will inform you within 2 days of your departure if this is the case.
If cleaning the villa after your departure takes longer than 1 hour, we will subtract at least 50 Euros cleaning costs from the deposit (dependant on the time necessary to clean).
Please keep in mind that large parts of Crete are part of a nature reserve. We expect you to act accordingly, with respect to the nature around you.
Please keep in mind that Crete also has many historical sites and monuments. We expect you to act accordingly, with respect to the cultural heritage.
The villa is outfitted with an information flyer, which should be left without pages missing upon your departure.
For your safety, we have equipped the fitness studio with four safety vests, which will be helpful during dark evenings.
Please ensure that the pillows from the chairs outside are stored back into their boxes. Also make sure the parasols are folded down, in case of bad weather or strong winds.
After using the flashlight, please don't put it down with the glass facing downwards. This could result in the glass bursting due to increased heat. Also, please recharge the flashlight if necessary, so that guests after you can make us of it as well.
Upon your arrival there will be enough wood for the fireplace. Please only use this wood for the fireplace, not for fires outside or other purposes.
Power outages: under extreme weather conditions, there may be a power outage. We would like to ask that you, if a storm arises, turn off the satellite box and remove as many plugs as possible. If the lights fail, you free to use the torchlight or candles.
The toilet is attached to a septic tank. This means that it is not allowed to flush any other materials aside from toilet paper.
Unfortunately, Holiday Villa Lefka Ori and its surroundings are not wheelchair accessible.
Finally, we would like to ask you to use the villa as if it was your own. Ensure that you feel at home, while at the same time taking care of it. This way, you and guests after you have the best possible experience and you will hopefully return to the villa!
